These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website intelleatech.com (the “Website”) and the courses, programs, training, mentorship, placement assistance and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Intellea Technologies (“Intellea”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, registering for any program, or otherwise using our Services, you (“you”, “your” or the “Learner”) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to register for our Services. By using the Services you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us.

2. Accounts & registration

Certain features require you to create an account or submit an enquiry form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may refuse, suspend or cancel an account at our discretion where these Terms are breached.

3. Enrolment & admission

Enrolment in any Intellea program is confirmed only after we accept your application and receive the applicable fees (or the agreed first instalment). We reserve the right to assess eligibility, conduct screening or interviews, and to accept or decline any application at our discretion. Program content, curriculum, schedule, mentors, duration, cohort dates and delivery mode (online, blended or in-person) may be updated to improve the learning experience or for operational reasons; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.

4. Fees & payments

• Fees for each program are as communicated to you at the time of enrolment and are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Where an instalment or income-linked plan is offered, you agree to pay each instalment by its due date. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access until dues are cleared.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless expressly stated; such taxes will be added to your invoice.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details; their handling is subject to the payment provider’s own terms.

5. Cancellations & refunds

We want you to be confident in your decision to learn with us. Unless a different policy is stated in your enrolment agreement for a specific program:

• You may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of confirming your enrolment, provided the program has not yet started and you have not accessed substantial course material; such refunds are processed less any non-refundable registration or administrative charges.
• Once a program has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable, as a seat, mentor time and resources have been committed to you. Exceptional requests (for example, medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 7–21 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Learner conduct

You agree that you will not:

• share, resell, record, sublicense or publicly distribute any course material, recordings, assignments or proprietary content without our written permission;
• share your account access with others or attempt to access content you have not enrolled in;
• engage in plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresent your work, identity or credentials;
• harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against mentors, staff or other learners;
• upload malicious code, attempt to disrupt our systems, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and within the Services, including curriculum, videos, slides, text, projects, assessments, logos, the Intellea name and brand, the Intellea mascot, and software, is owned by or licensed to Intellea Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content solely for your own learning during your enrolment. No other rights are granted. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

8. Placement assistance

Where a program includes placement support, that support may consist of resume guidance, interview preparation, mentorship, portfolio reviews and referrals to hiring partners. Placement assistance is not a guarantee of employment, a particular salary, or a specific job offer. Hiring outcomes depend on your performance, market conditions and employer decisions, which are outside our control. Any specific placement commitment will be set out separately in your enrolment agreement and is subject to the eligibility conditions stated there (such as attendance, project completion and assessment scores).

9. Third-party links & tools

The Services may reference or integrate third-party platforms, tools and websites (for example, cloud providers, code hosting, payment gateways and communication tools). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content is complete or current. Educational outcomes depend on your own effort and engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellea Technologies, its founders, employees and mentors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunities or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us for the program giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intellea Technologies and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees due, or engage in conduct that we reasonably consider harmful to other learners, our staff or our reputation. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any right you may have under applicable consumer-protection law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. We encourage you to first contact us so we can try to resolve any concern amicably.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, the law or our practices. The “Last updated” date above indicates when the latest revision took effect. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
