Real work exposure
Learners work with project-style tasks, delivery workflows and practical problem statements that match modern IT industry expectations.
We built a Work & Learn school around one idea: you should graduate with real, shipped work and the confidence to prove it. Here’s what that looks like.
Graduate with shipped projects, real mentors and a placement engine in your corner.
Learners work with project-style tasks, delivery workflows and practical problem statements that match modern IT industry expectations.
Training is aligned with cloud data engineering, AI automation, product development and scalable software practices.
Students build real-time projects, dashboards, workflows and case studies that strengthen interview confidence and career readiness.
Industry mentors guide learners through concepts, implementation, resume preparation, mock interviews and placement assistance.
Sessions are handled by experienced tutors and presenters who simplify complex product, cloud and data concepts with practical demonstrations.
Students don't just learn concepts. They create functional applications, deploy solutions, and build a strong portfolio that demonstrates real-world competency.
Our approach
Three principles shape everything we do, from your first session to your first offer.
The gap we close
Most courses stop at theory and a PDF. Employers ask a different question: can you actually build, deploy and explain something real? Every Intellea learner answers that with a portfolio of production-style projects, not just a completion badge.
How we teach
Our mentors are working engineers and product people. Sessions are hands-on: you build data pipelines, dashboards, AI workflows and full applications, reviewed the way a real team reviews code, so the habits you form are the ones industry expects.
Where it leads
Skill assessment, a personal roadmap, mock interviews, resume and portfolio reviews, and referrals into hiring partners. Support doesn’t end when the syllabus does. It continues right up to your offer letter.
Why we started Intellea
We kept meeting sharp, capable people who couldn't get past the first interview, not because they lacked the ability, but because a certificate can't show what you can actually build. That never sat right with us.
So we started Intellea in Chennai with one stubborn idea: learn the way you'll actually work. Small batches. Real projects from day one. Mentors who still write production code and will tell you honestly when something isn't good enough yet. We're not a giant institute, and we don't want to be. When you message us, you reach the people who teach you, in English, Tamil or Hindi, usually the same day.
If that sounds like the kind of team you'd want in your corner, come build something with us. We'll take it seriously, because it's your career, and we don't forget that.
Real learners, real projects, real support: the outcomes we build toward.
Have a chat with the people who'll actually teach you — about programs, batches, fees and the career support behind them.
